I AM OBSESSED WITH BOULDER. But the only problem is that I'm stuck in the Dirty Jers(ey). I love everything about it, especially how the people are so carefree and free-spirited. I'm having the toughest decision between the schools that I'm applying to, I need some more motivation to lean me more towards CU!!

Hello! I was wondering if I could get some help. If I am accepted this Fall, I will be a sophomore transfer student in January at Cu Boulder. I was wondering where I should look for housing, as in where do sophomore, juniors typically live. I am also 21 if that matters at all! Thank you so much and I am so excited for Boulder!!
A lot of people just rent places in Boulder - most leases start in August, so your best bet will probably be to check the sublet/temporary section on Craigslist in November or December. I’m studying abroad this fall, so I’ll be on the same hunt as you! Places are more expensive the closer they are to campus/’the hill/pearl street, so pay attention to how much people are asking for rent.
